Return / Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept a return request within 30 days of the purchase date in the form of an E-gift Card. All postage and handling costs on returns will be incurred by the customer, not Prumatt. Prumatt is not responsible for lost packages, so please retain your proof of postage and/or purchase shipping insurance. Returns are generally processed within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse and once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. We do not process exchanges but can provide a store credit in the form of an E-gift Card. If you would like a different size, style or color, simply reorder once your return is processed. All returns require pre-authorization. To request a return, please fill out the form here.
All returned items must be in original unworn condition with tags attached. Any items of clothing returned with makeup and/or tan stains will automatically be rejected and returned to you.
In the United States:
We use USPS as our official shipping carrier. Most packages will be shipped priority mail and should arrive to you within 2-3 days after you receive your shipping notification email. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days once your order has been received. Shipping costs vary depend on the size of your order and any promotions that may be in effect.
Rest of the world:
By default we use USPS to ship international orders and transit time depends on where you are located. Generally, you can expect to receive your package within 7-15 business days but transit time can vary.
